“making a choice YOU can live with, living with the choice you have made”

There has never been a more important election for people who want the right to safe and legal abortion to be preserved and extended. Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court decision that made abortion legal in every state, is in danger. In the next four years the President will appoint new Justices to the court who either support or oppose legal abortion. It is very possible that abortion could become illegal in the United States.

The presidential election is Tuesday, November 3, 2020. In almost every state you are required to register to vote—usually at least a month before an election. Go to vote.us to learn the rules in your state.

In most states you can vote by mail—often called ‘absentee’ --as well as in person, in either early voting or on Election Day. If you want to vote by mail, you’ll need to request an absentee ballot, and you’ll have to make sure to mail it back immediately (with 2 stamps in some places!) or to drop it into a voting box. Find out ahead of time where your early voting location or polling place.
